1. ALL writing assignments for this class must be written in Microsoft Word in the following format:
- FONT: Times New Roman
- SIZE: 13 Point
- SPACING: Double-spaced
- MARGINS: 1 inch
- The first sentence of every paragraph must be indented (using”tab”)
2. Please do not send me two versions of the same essay. I will only accept the FIRST VERSION of an essay.
3. When you send me the first draft of a writing assignment, please save it as/label it as the following: “Your Name- Type of Assignment- FIRST DRAFT.” For example: If John Smith emails me his compare and contrast writing assignment, it will be saved with the following name: “John Smith- Compare and Contrast Essay- FIRST DRAFT.”
4. After you have corrected your writing, please save it as/label it as the following: “Your Name- Type of Assignment- FINAL.” For example: If John Smith emails me his corrected compare and contrast writing assignment, it will be saved with the following name: “John Smith- Compare and Contrast Essay- FINAL.”
